Returns and Refunds_For Melting Rings

Please note that our shop does not accept returns or refunds due to customer convenience .

In addition, small scratches or chips may occur during the manufacturing process, but these are considered to be "good products" . We ask for your understanding of the characteristics of handmade products and materials.

Regarding reshipment due to insufficient address information or customer convenience
If the product is returned due to an incorrect address or refusal to accept the product when it was shipped and reshipment is necessary, the customer will be charged the shipping fee and handling fee ( approximately 800 yen ) for the reshipment.

Damaged and defective items
 If the product is damaged, has a defect that makes it difficult to use, or if the product you receive is different from the product you ordered, we will respond promptly.

Please contact us at zsedainomikatashop@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving the product and include the following information:

・Order number
・Photos showing the condition of the product
・Photos showing the condition of the outer packaging (cardboard box when delivered)
Details of the problem
We will assess the issue and advise you of the appropriate course of action, which may include a replacement or refund.

Exceptions/Non-returnable items
 Please note that we cannot accept returns on the following items:

• Returns due to customer convenience
• Customized products, made-to-order products
• Sale items
• Gift cards
