Returns and Exchanges

Please note that our shop does not accept returns or refunds due to customer convenience .

Regarding reshipment due to insufficient address information or customer convenience
If the product is returned due to an inaccurate address provided by the customer or refusal to accept the product at the time of shipment and reshipment is necessary, the customer will be responsible for the shipping and handling fees for reshipment.

Damaged and defective items
